We trade in previously sold out and very rare prints, whilst we will strive to replace all damaged goods this is sometimes not physically possible. Please ensure you check your order upon arrival and email us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Walls and Frames, please contact us via email if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, WallsandFrames.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods in an unopened state, without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid within thirty days.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
